Media outlets have a habit of reporting fake news when they just need something to release or someone to talk about. And, typically it’s the negative news that draws people in the most. Tyler and I have been in the spotlight long enough to expect false claims to be made about us, let them ride out, and then just move on because at the end of the day, we know what’s the truth. However, not everyone gives attention to the truth. So, I’m going to take initiative here and re-write some false narratives that you might have once believed.

I will say it until I am blue in the face if I have to. Tyler has not cheated on me. For one, we’re together every day. So the time for that isn’t even there. Second, anyone who could believe that Tyler cheats do not know his character and who he is as a person.

My husband would drive himself mad trying to keep something from me like cheating. He wouldn’t be able to do such a thing without eventually revealing himself.

The two of us are very much in love. We actually renewed our vows in 2020 as a symbol of a new beginning. The year prior was tough on us but we came out of it together and stronger. Our small and intimate moment of sharing our vows again gave us this feeling of renewal.

Tyler and I just click. We are different in many ways but we share plenty of similarities. We bond and connect so effortlessly. Along with that, we have very open and honest communication and that’s what allows us to work so well, even when we’re having a moment of thinking differently from the other.

Living in a filtered world I can understand why people assume the life of ours that they see on social media and television isn’t real. But, at times i honestly think that people just have a hard time believing in our relationship. I feel like they need to try and stir up drama in some ways.

It’s the stirring up of fake news that I don’t understand or agree with. Doesn’t anyone think that if any of these claims were true that there would be someone running to the tabloids with proof?

Divorce rumors are often swirling around news typically off of one small action. One of those was when I changed my last on Instagram in 2018. I reverted back to my maiden name which caused a bit of an uproar online. When in reality, it’s just Instagram.

A more recent situation of online clickbait was when Tyler and I announced being done with having kids. Together, we made the decision to stop having kids after almost 16 years together. We wanted to be the first to announce it however, our announcement took a bit of a turn when everyone thought we meant ‘done’ as in ‘divorce.’

I am here to clear the air up (again) that Tyler and I are in fact still together and very much in love. But, we are very happy with the family we created and decided not to have any more children so Tyler is undergoing a vasectomy.

Our family is as tough as concrete. And while it may be fun to bask in the drama, don’t always believe everything you hear.
