You Can Contribute To Breast Cancer Awareness Month By Shopping Or Traveling

Every year, in the month of October, people and businesses come together to support breast cancer awareness. The National Breast Cancer Foundation holds educational seminars, accepts donations, and shares resources on how to support women and families who are or were victims of the disease. This year, the foundation says, “This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it’s time to RISE.” Their website reads, “Breast Cancer Awareness Month is not only a time to turn products and profiles pink. For us, it’s about rising to meet the needs of the breast cancer community. Your donation helps women get access to the education, screening, and support they need. This is our moment to RISE and do even more.”

Alongside the National Breast Cancer Foundation are brands and businesses that are going pink for all of October. Check out ways you can donate simply by shopping or traveling.
