The Many Alternatives To Candy That Trick-or-Treaters Will Love This Halloween

Halloween is the holiday of fun. It’s a day of dressing up, no matter your age, and buckets of candy. And while the candy is absolutely a big part of the spooky season tradition, you never know who your trick-or-treaters will be and if any will have allergies or sensitivities. Save yourself the worry, as well as the parents of those children, and give out non-candy Halloween goodies!

Stickers

You can’t go wrong with a cool pack of stickers. Everyone loves a new decal for their laptop, water bottle, and notebooks.

Stick with the theme of the holiday or get creative and make your own! Either way, kids will be excited over these.

Bubbles

Bubbles bring happiness to many. Have you ever seen a baby cry around bubbles?

Give the kids something fun to play while on their door to door trek for more treats.

Foam Masks

Dressing up doesn’t have to only be for the 31st. Give out fun masks of superheros, ghouls, or princesses for kids to exercise their imagination with.

Bouncing Balls

The list of ball games can go on and on. There’s always something new to play from something as simple as catch, to hot potato, or a memory game.

Give it a little Halloween flare by getting glow in dark ones.

Slinkies

Keep the kids busy with trying to figure out how to get these toys walking down the stairs.

Glow Sticks

These are fun AND practical. As the sun goes down and the night time begins, if families are still out and about, these fun bright lights double as a way to be safe while trick-or-treating in the dark.

Bookmarks

Not every kids dislikes reading. Hand out Halloween themed bookmarks for all your book reading trick-or-treaters.

Vampire Fangs

Halloween really brings out the vampire in everyone. There’s something about those plastic teeth that captures every kids’ attention the moment October 1st rolls around.

Neon Slime

The parents might not love you for this one but the kids most definitely will.

Finger Puppets

Give the kids something fun and lighthearted to do after their long day of walking. Finger puppets will let their imaginations run with a little help from their sugar rush.

Halloween Sunglasses

Add some spunk to a costume with decorative glasses in the theme of the holiday.

Temporary Tattoos

Assorted tattoos are always a hit at parties. Give the kiddos some glow in the dark ink that can easily be washed off in the bath after a day of fun filled Halloween activities.
